Is this a full-time or part-time role?
This is a part-time, work-from-home role with per-session pay. You can pick session counts that fit your daily schedule.
How much will I actually earn?
Most trainers earn ₹30,000–₹45,000/month, and top performers go beyond ₹60,000/month. Pay-out depends on your session count, region, and performance ratings.
Will I have to handle sales or enrollments?
No. There is zero sales pressure. You will not be asked to convert leads, sell courses, or push enrollments. Your only job is to teach.
Do I have to plan lessons myself?
No lesson planning required. You'll teach pre-designed lessons built by Bhanzu's curriculum team, so you can focus entirely on the student.
What equipment do I need?
A reliable laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet teaching space. We'll guide you through platform setup during onboarding.
How soon can I start teaching after I apply?
If shortlisted, the screening call happens within 2 working days. After the demo and training, certified trainers usually begin classes within 2–3 weeks.
Can I apply for both Math and English roles?
Please apply for the role that matches your strongest subject. If you're equally confident in both, choose the one you'd most like to teach long-term.
